Return and Cancellation Policy for NEA (New Era Ayurveda)
1. Order Cancellation:
- Cancellation Before Shipment: Customers may cancel their order at any time before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be processed without any deductions.
- Cancellation After Shipment: If the cancellation request is received after the product has been shipped, the cancellation will be accepted, but the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. The refund will be processed after deducting these charges once the product is returned to us in its original condition.
- Cancellation by NEA (New Era Ayurveda): NEA (New Era Ayurveda) reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion due to reasons such as unavailability of stock, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention team. In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
2. Return and Exchange Policy:
- Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, you must contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide photographs or videos of the damaged or incorrect product along with your order details to expedite the process.
- Return and Procedure:

2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging, with all labels and tags intact.
3. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the replacement or refund within 15 working days. The customer will be informed of the status of their return via email.
- Conditions for Return/Exchange: - Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, labels, and any accompanying items. - Products that have been tampered with, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Free gifts, if any, included with the product must be returned along with the original product in their original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as free gifts, items marked as non-returnable, and products damaged after delivery, are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Refund Policy:
